Been here a few years, don't be fooled by first impressions. It's relatively quiet, affordable, and the staff is friendly. I get my own home with a fenced in yard for less than you would pay to live in a cubicle apartment. There are lots of families here and neighbors watch out for one another. Sure it's far from upscale, but it's a nice community to live in.
